UEPU PUTEA

This Uepu is responsible for but not limited to;

• Applying for (and monitoring) funds that support all Kura operations that are required to meet our set goals and targets.

• Exploring investment options, fundraising options and purposes, funding application sources. 

• Sponsorship opportunities. 

• Working within set budget allocations. 

• Exploring student and whānau scholarships. 

• Monitoring budgets; establishing priority guidelines for each of the uepū.

• Ensuring robust and transparent financial systems are in place for both kura and whānua funds.
