UEPU WHARE WHENUA

This Uepu is responsible for but not limited to;

• The general beautification monitoring and action of all kura grounds and internal kura property.

• Ensuring all buildings, grounds and resources of the kura are cared for and maintained, including making recommendations to the Board on matters relating to these.

• Painting/roof, surrounding outside areas. 

• Gardens, lawns, roof, wharenui and ablutions. 

• Engage support organisations, to help with māra kai etc

• Establish systems for maintenance and property plan development in line with Ministry requirements.

• Designing, creating and maintaining play areas

• Utilising all of the kura property as potential kura revenue

• Managing and engaging whānau to attend the four working bees at the end of each term
